Manager - Plant Finance & Accounts

Provide oversight to the finance function at the site and support the site management as finance business partner. Responsible for accounting, costing, FP&A and compliance at the site.

1. Financial Accounting and Reporting :

- Ensure book keeping and accounting in compliance with corporate guidelines

- Month End Closing and Year End closing.

- Fixed Asset accounting

2. Management Accounting/FP&A :

- Compile annual operating plans in consultations with operations team

- Performance reporting

- Product costing and Variance Analysis - Budget vs Actual

- Management Decision support

3. Other Responsibilities :

- Ensure establishment and maintenance of adequate Internal controls

- Statutory compliances on indirect taxes

- Liaison with statutory auditors
