Manager - Plant Commercial - CA - FMCG

We are having very urgent opening for one of the biggest FMCG Company at Kanjikode, Kerala.

Position Details:

Company: Biggest FMCG Company

Position: Manager Plant Commercial

Location: Kanjikode (Kerala)

Qualification: CA (First Attempt- All the groups), Rank Holder Preferred

Experience: 3-5 years (2010/2011/2012 Batch)- Preferred

Age: 24 - 29 Yrs

Salary: 15.00 - 20.00 L PA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for accounting control and monitoring systems for the plant.

- Analysis of capital expenditure and returns on them.

- Budgeting and budgetary controls

- Identification, monitoring and control of commercial related issues for the plant.

- Asset management

- Inventory management for Raw material, Packaging material, FG, Engineering stores for the plant, sub-contract plants and warehouses

- Price discovery and monitoring of KPIs for the procurement of decentralized items.

- Reviewing and monitoring manufacturing profitability of the plant and product.

- MIS and variance analysis of financial KPIs

- Compliance to statutory requirements w.r.t accounting principles and guidelines.

- Compliance management- Excise, Sales tax, Income tax etc.

- As a core member of the plant will be part of important decision making on the plant functioning

QUALITIES THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

- Must have Experience in Manufacturing Plant.

- Knowledge of commercial laws and regulatory guidelines.

- Knowledge of procurement fundamentals and inventory management.

- Coordination skills - interdepartmental coordination.

- Detailing

- Analytical bent of mind

- Knowledge of working in an ERP environment

- Exposure to basic manufacturing fundamentals
