Our Clients of the Leading Retail Groups based in Dubai, UAE needs a Planning & Merchandise Manager for one of its Premium Fashion Retail Brands.

- The ideal candidate should be a MBA from premium institute with at least 8 yrs experience in Planning, Merchandising and Buying for Large Fashion Retail Groups in Middle East.

- The person would support the company vision by managing the merchandise planners, developing pre-season plans and in season forecasts for a specific brand, and managing the planning system.

- The individual would work in conjunction with members of the cross-functional team consisting of Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain and Allocation to identify business opportunities.

- The person should have excellent skills in Budgeting, high level eye for attention to detail, be able to Multitask with strong analytical & Communication skills, have excellent work ethics, strong leadership qualities, a focused team player with Strong people management skills.
