Manager - Planning - Marketplace/eCommerce

We are looking for someone with exposure to the fashion industry, and 3+ years of relevant work experience for ensuring the right selection is available on marketplaces as per the strengths of the marketplace to maximize the market share coverage on respective marketplaces. Someone who can identify the gaps, build a detailed plan for Buying/Sourcing team to work on, and track this till closure. The person will be responsible for growing the sales from gap segments and identifying deviations, highlighting, and giving solutions to buying teams to plug gaps quickly. They should have excellent interpersonal communication skills.

The person will work with cross-functional teams including buying/sourcing, inventory planning, and external partners to ensure the right assortment of products are available to the customer.

Job Responsibility :

- Identify selection gaps by working with marketplace POCs and internal selection data.

- Build an option plan with target costings to share with buying team for adding the requisite selection.

- Scale up and improve the catalog quality on marketplaces, leading to better Cx and conversion.

- Work with the Inventory team to ensure in-stock and replication of top styles across warehouses.

- Identify replacement products by using data and visual verification, for any key styles which are no longer replenishable.

- Partner with the revenue/marketing team to plan and build visibility to new launches that have been made live to drive traffic and conversion of the cohort and gain GMV share.
