Job Description: 1. Preparing Training Budget - Planning & Monitoring of training budget, publishing of training expenses on a regular basis. 2. Controlling training expense and exploring ways to reduce expense through identification and empanelment of training vendors. 3. Monitoring PR/PO release process, handling all the P2P activities. 4. Vendor Management - Identification of vendors for services like Lunch / Venue / Hotels (Residential / Day Conferences) / printing / Other training items. 5. Vendor Empanelment - Coordinating with vendors, finance & commercials for vendor empanelment. Preparing rate agreements and getting the signoffs 6. Invoice Management - Processing of Invoices in P2P, Coordinating with vendor & finance for all requisite documents and getting the payment released within the TAT 7. Coordinating with vendors for empanelment, timely processing of invoices. 8. LEAD Management - Managing LEAD application, supporting trainers in Batch management, Proper creation of courses, roles & certifications. 9. LEAD Enhancement - Planning & implementing new enhancements in LEAD, preparing the SOW, conducting UAT and monitoring the production movement of all the enhancements. 10. Training Event Management - Planning and scheduling training programs at Hotels, Managing end to end activities for residential training programs. 11. Procurement of training material, planning and dispatching of material for various training programs. 12. Regulatory Monitoring - Monitoring of regulatory trainings, Managing IRDA audit requirements. Timely submission of all IRDA reports. 13. ISO Management - Monitoring of ISO process, Managing all the documents for ISO audit requirement 14. Internal Audit - Supporting internal audit team for all the requirements, preparing action plan against the audit findings and implementing the same. 15. Compliance - Supporting compliance team for compliance certification and audit requirements. TPC (AST)
