Manager - Planned Maintenance - Machine Shop

- Establish work measurement by -Stopwatch, MOST, MODAPTS & MTM

- VA / NVA analysis and NVA elimination improvements

- Ergonomics Analysis-REBA, RULA, MFA etc.

- Line Balancing & Implementation.

- Improve production and operations efficiency (Vehicle/Man), through people management, technology, and business organization

- Drive Kaizen Event, Lead Suggestion Scheme, Automation, Offloading projects and Horizontal deployment across the plant.

- Plant Manpower requirement calculation (On Roll & Service Provider)

- Service provider piece rate calculation and piece rate optimization after every 6 months
