Manager - P&L - International Market - Electrical/FMCD

We are looking for candidates for the position of Manager International Market - Nepal

with one of our clients is leading player in India's consumer electrical sector

Position : Manager International Market (Country Manager)

Main Purpose :

- To manage the sales operations & P&L Responsibilities of Nepal for all products (Sales, Marketing, Business development, Revenue Generation)

- Should have worked in Nepal for min 10 -15 years Handling business development for the country for all products

- Candidates from Consumer Durable, consumer goods, consumer electrical Industry can apply.

- Know how about the Nepal geographies, product knowledge, identifying opportunities for growing business, branding & promotional activities for each product, After Sales Service, Channel Development, Channel management, handling dealers and distributors

- Coordination with Head Office/ Local channel partners for material movement

Skills & Qualification:

- Full Time MBA is must / Consumer durable or Consumer electrical background

- 10+ years of rich experience in Nepal Market (Profit Center Operations, Strategy Planning & Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Product Promotion & Launch, Channel Management, Retail management and Team Management)

- Keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales & marketing activities and accelerating business growth.

- Expertise in managing business operations across the market with key focus on top line and profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources
