Manager - Pipeline Division

The position is based our of Saudi Arabia.

And Manager Pipeline will be responsible for execution of medium to mega pipeline projects within KSA. An incumbent with exceptional analytical and Project Management skills and strong business acumen, who has managed multimillion dollar projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power sector. Successful candidate must possess business development and marketing skills and he would be responsible to run pipeline division as Business Manager and will directly report to CEO.

Ensure that project budget is prepared; analyze and review the cost of the project, and ensure that all the resources (including HR, materials, and equipment & plant) necessary for execution are within stipulated budget allocated to the project in order to control the cost of the project.

Guide the Contracts team to read and understand the contracts carefully to identify all potential risks and make a procedure to mitigate those risks by planning out preventive measures.

Ensure the implementation of Project Planning, Control & Monitoring tools/techniques and periodic progress and financial reviews with the senior Management.

Must have experience of hydro testing, drying, commissioning of pipelines and execution of tie-ins on pipeline.

Ensure timely and efficient deliverables on site by managing the day to day operational aspects of the project.

Ensure execution of the projects as per plan and budget.

Ensure that all the requisite resources including manpower, materials and equipment are organized, well planned, optimized to avoid any delays or idling of the resources.

Building & strengthen relations with current and potential clients and getting enquiry/knowledge about future upcoming projects in order to generate new business & grow the organization's performance.

Plan, monitor and control entire pipeline/cross country pipeline projects activities starting from construction to commissioning & de-commissioning.

Preparation of procedures / method statements, risk assessments for pipeline construction projects.

Ensure optimum utilization of the resources during planning stage to avoid extra cost.

Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.

Supervise site staff, review their reports, check on any reported difficulties, and take corrective action for any safety violation or other reported deficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Adhere to company safety and quality standards and promote safety culture among all the team members.

Liaison / coordinate with the project's owner and the clients.

Responsible to create performance based and cost-conscious culture with the prime focus of best service delivery to clients and enhanced profitability of the projects.

B.E./ B.Tech - Mechanical engineering

Minimum 15 years- experience in execution of pipeline/ cross country pipeline projects.

Sound Knowledge of Pipeline Proposal & Estimation.

Experience in dealing with ARAMCO, SABIC will be an added advantage.

Extensive knowledge and experience of execution/construction of pipeline projects.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

GCC/ Saudi Arab market experience will be given preference.
