Manager - Personal Loan/Credit Underwriting

The Credit Manager has to manage his/ her team productively for ensuring that the approved credit policies are adhered .To support business by ensuring that all credit policies, practices & guidelines are adhered to as per approved policy.

Minimum 5 yrs in financial services, Banking, credit rating industry with lending, credit approvals, delinquency, analysis, collections, processing, signing bank deals, memorandums experience or 8 years in any other industry.

Domain Knowledge:

- Ability to comprehend risk inherent to customer business

- Flair for numbers and an ability to understand processes, read balance sheets and understand customer business models

- Good people management skills

- Systematic & Meticulous and Ability to perform under pressure
