Responsibilities: - Manage the entire funnel (Small/Micro businesses) Manage top of the funnel Medium and Large Businesses. (Revenue of Long tail + Generating Marketing Qualified Leads for Enterprise Accounts) - Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with business goals. - Performance Marketing: Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email, and other relevant platforms. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. - Conversion Optimization: Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance conversion rates and user engagement. - User Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition efforts by identifying and targeting key audience segments through effective marketing channels. - Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient allocation of resources. - Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Qualifications: - 3-8 years of experience in performance marketing. - Should have expertise in executing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, E-mails.
