- Delivering business growth through marketing channels: Facebook, Google, E-mailers, Alliances & Affiliates and Organic traffic.

- Driving marketing campaigns on marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.

- Increase in business through paid marketing channels

- Optimising campaigns on Facebook and Google

- Improvements in RoI for overall campaigns on Facebook and Google.

- Guiding the team for proper structuring of campaigns on Facebook and Google

- Running and optimising campaign for key strategic initiatives of Skin Analyser, Private labels and Dark store campaigns

- Improvements in the business and traffic through Organic channels

- Striking deals and maintaining relationships with Alliances and Affiliates.

- Increasing business on market places primarily Amazon and Flipkart

- Working closely with the category/ merchandising and technology teams for planning and execution of campaigns.

- Able to manage relationships with different kinds of affiliates and alliances

- Strong negotiation skills.
