Artium Academy is the first of its kind online music academy with an Academic Board featuring the industry greats - Sonu Nigam, Shubha Mudgal, KS Chitra, Aruna Sairam, Aneesh Pradhan, Raju Singh, Loius Banks, Gino Banks & Ananth Vaidyanathan.

Responsibilities :

- Setting, Executing, Managing & optimizing performance marketing campaigns on Google / Yahoo / Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, content networks (ex. Taboola / Outbrain / Colombia) YouTube & other self-served platform

- Provide strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with company goals

- Proficiency in tracking site traffic across various marketing channels using Google Analytics

- Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of AdWords (Search, Display) campaigns with goals to increase transactions, new users, acquired via AdWords

- Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across Search, and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goals

- Running A/B tests across paid search campaigns & landing pages

- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives

- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to internal business goals

Requirements :

- Knowledge in handling paid advertising campaigns in Google, Facebook, Yahoo/Bing Network, LinkedIn, E-mail Marketing and content networks (ex. Taboola/Outbrain/Colombia)

- Has radical accountability. Will run the vertical like your own business.

- Must have systems thinking, incredible detail orientation and process thinking.

- Extremely creative/hacker mind set with In-depth knowledge of PPC/Facebook Advertising ecosystem

- Experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.

- Demonstrates superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management, market research and commercial awareness.

- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced.

- Do-er versus a talker.
