Roles & Responsibilities
- D2C Performance Marketing
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing
- 3+ years in an agency setup
- 3 years of experience in a D2C brand
- Hands-on experience with Google Adwords (search, Shopping, Perf Max & YT) and Meta marketing
- Experience in Affiliate marketing & programmatic
- Extensive experience in running tests & experiments, bidding strategies, and attribution tools
- Experience with performance forecasting for brands to drive maximum ROI
- Experience with retention marketing
- Experience working with Shopify, Magento or other e-commerce CMS
- Experience in managing a team of at least 3 people
Performance Marketing from Agency :
- 7+ Yrs experience in Performance Media
- Hands-on experience with Google Adwords (search, Shopping, Perf Max & YT) and Facebook marketing
- Experience in Affiliate marketing & programmatic
- Extensive experience in running tests & experiments, bidding strategies, and attribution tools
- Experience with performance forecasting for brands to drive maximum ROI
- Plan campaign strategy, analyze traffic statistics, and manage marketing budget effectively
- Ability to guide creative approach for ads
- Knowledge of branding strategy preferred
- Experience in managing a team of at least 3 people
- We need candidates with experience in Performance Marketing in Facebook and Google campaigns.
- 6-7 years of experience with execution and strategy.
- Target Companies-Anyone who has worked with agencies like hivemind logic serve, Merkle Sokrati, Social Beat and then moved on to a brand(preferably apparel/ fashion)
- Campaign spends, product visibility, product growth, product positioning. Spends handled- depends for the brands allocated. Juggled with lower budgets.
- Spends handled- upwards of 80 L in a month
- SEO/ SEM is good to have exposure.
Will report to the Director of Performance Marketing

Screening - HR Team (discussion on role, delivery, key projects, impact, reason for a change)
R1- HM
R2- Marketing team/ Business Team
R3- HR Round
Assignment on case to case basis.
Immediate joiners / Short NP preferred.
