- Heading the department - across Marketing Departments - Viz. Acquisition, Engagement & Retention, Data Analysis etc.
- Drive the P&L for the company and attained profitability.
- Growth Marketing: Working on onboarding new channels, tracking & monitoring & retention metrics, affiliate performance review, and setting up new acquisition channels.
- Reduce advertising expenses within 1 year with ROI.
- Lead the team of Managers and Strategist and marketing executives.
- Identify value props and develop a marketing strategy for customer-facing products in conjunction with the Product and Engineering teams.
- Be the voice and expert of the customer audience Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Brand, Support, etc. to fuel ongoing product adoption and go-to-market launches.
