We are hiring for the role of Performance Marketing Manager for one of the leading startup based out in Bangalore. Experience required is 5-10 years with minimum 4 years of hands-on large scale performance campaign management experience on Google App campaigns, Meta App campaigns, Apple Search ads, etc. Here's what you will do ? - Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies for the company. - Work extensively on growing new user acquisitions through Google - UAC, Meta - App Install Campaigns, and other relevant performance channels - Design and implement incrementality, bidding, audience & creative testing to grow the value of app campaigns - Identify the target audience and ascertain how best to communicate to that audience. - Monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through analysis of web/app analytics including consumer data and insights, and use this data to tweak current campaigns and formulate future ones. - Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, new media buying opportunities and recommendations on new ways to reach target audience - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing campaigns. Requirements : - Minimum 5-7 years of experience driving growth through digital acquisition channels, especially in the social casino/free to play gaming /real money skill gaming industries - You have minimum 4 years of hands-on large scale performance campaign management experience on Google App campaigns, Meta App campaigns, Apple Search ads - You are experienced with app attribution, tracking and MMPs (adjust, appsflyer, kochava..) - Demonstrable experience in implementing data-led marketing strategies & using web analytics. - Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals. - Self-starter with ability to execute under deadlines. - Experience in a startup culture is a plus - Experience in managing growth teams & executing an agile marketing strategy. - Experience in scaling acquisition strategies geographically - Experience managing a large budget
