Manager - Performance Marketing
Key Deliverables :
- Anchor the performance marketing efforts for new brands as well as old brands that have a high eCommerce dependency within the core portfolio
- Work closely with the internal Digital and eCommerce team to deliver the eCommerce KPIs by brand
- Work closely with the in house and external agency team to build the right assets, test assets regularly, and optimize creatives for better eCommerce offtakes
- Work closely with the measurement team to review trackers and take necessary action to improve our efficiency and effectiveness on eCommerce
Experience and Qualification :- At least 5 years of work ex in the field of digital marketing
- A minimum of 3 years of performance marketing
- MBA/PGD marketing/ advertising/ communication/digital
Required Skills and Competencies :- Ability to work with numbers data crunching will be essential
- Collaborative will need to work with multiple teams internal and external
- Agency background is a must + client-side work experience will be helpful
- Additional digital certifications Google/ SEO/ etc will help
