A data driven, consummate digital marketing professional with an in-depth understanding of SEM and Paid Media Buying. Responsibilities will include planning, implementing, measuring and innovating all Paid Ads related activities across Facebook, Instagram &amp; Google Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Responsibilities include planning, implementing, measuring and innovating all Paid Ads related activities across Google, Facebook, Quora, LinkedIn, Youtube and other digital channels - Leverage different levers of the paid campaigns for maximum returns - Comprehend data from different sources such as Google Analytics, campaigns dashboards, CRM, Hotjar/Mixpanel and use it to identify areas of improvement - Understand the impact of acquisition campaigns on pipeline and iterate and optimize against the learnings - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Devise the strategy for PPC, Affiliate and Performance marketing, and lead the in-house teams for management of all Digital Media (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, &amp; Video), database marketing (primarily email, push notification &amp; SMS) - Apply customer and channel insights to inform and evolve our customer segmentation strategy for omni-channel growth Eligibility : - Hands-on experience in running digital campaigns across the following channels - Predominantly Facebook &amp; Instagram - Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnel, and online customer acquisition - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Experience in running ROI driven campaigns for lead generation - Solid understanding of PPC, APP, SEO, SEM &amp; SMM - Experience of content marketing across different channels - Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase and Webmaster Tools, Search Console etc - Good understanding of PPC, programmatic, social and affiliate based marketing with proven results
