About the Role :
As a Performance Marketing Manager you will drive performance marketing initiatives through various channels to drive client acquisition and revenue.
Responsibilities :
- Have a deep understanding of the product, customer journey, market & business metrics and how paid acquisition fits into the overall growth model.
- Create, manage and optimize campaigns across all digital channels including Google, Facebook, programmatic and affiliates.
- Work with Product, design, copywriters & business teams to conduct experiments.
- Identify experiments that work and scale them efficiently.
- Perform Revenue, CAC and LTV analysis and leverage data to optimize paid funnel to maximize ROI.
Requirements :
- Minimum 4 years- experience working on paid marketing campaigns for consumer products.
- Strong knowledge of app campaigns for google (UAC), Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Knowledge of programmatic (DV360) and affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Know how to work with attributions tools like Appsflyer.
- Be extremely good with data. Knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is good to have.
- Candidates who have worked in a Product driven start-up will be preferred.
