Manager - Performance Marketing - EV Training Platform (5-6 yrs)

- As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building, planning and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy.
What you will do :
- Organizing and leading digital marketing team
- Owning and driving growth and CAC KPIs for all digital channels to meet business requirements
- Managing and allocating marketing budgets across channels, geographies, and product portfolio on a monthly level
- Creating content and brand strategies to drive exceptional growth and brand equity
- Creating and managing multiple paid campaigns on performance marketing channels
- Developing/fine tune market positioning to communicate a clear & concise message about our offering
- Maintaining consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
- Capturing captivating stories on the ground and communicating it with the wider world by owning branding responsibilities such as Social Media, Events, PR
- Improving the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
- Implementing organic and SEO strategies to drive organic leads
- Using advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
- Reporting on the progress and challenges with the leadership on a regular basis
What you need to have :
- 5-6 years of experience in B2C and with 2 years of experience in international markets across India, Asia, Africa, GCC, EU & US
- Should have managed big budgets across products and regions and across channels
- Minimum 2-3 years of team leadership experience in Marketing
- Outstanding success records in the past
- Candidates can be from any industry for this role but Ed-tech experience would be a plus
- Strong problem solving, first principles thinking
- Data driven decision making skills
- Excellent at data analytics, pattern recognition, insights generation
- Deep understanding of digital channels (fb, google, IG, etc)
- Deep understanding of the Indian and international markets and audience in Edtech
- Overall business acumen/ understanding of P&L implications
- Excellent writing skills, including the ability to create content aligned to a professional audience
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment; aligning with evolving business objectives and schedules
- Capability of working independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to juggle multiple products, projects and priorities
- Great communication skills and strong project management skills
