Manager - Performance Marketing - eCommerce

Key Responsibilities:

- Position serves as a key strategy driver to enhance the Google and Meta Ads presence

- Deliver the topline growth of the website business by Performance Marketing and google analytics

- Hands on with fair amount of expertise in SMM and SEM

- Own data analytics of all marketing initiatives - performance, SEO, Content and product; create reporting dashboards and provide insights to the team.Own the retention marketing - Implement CRM and drive engagements , conversions and repeat purchases through WhatsApp, Email and other communication tools.

- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on seamless tracking and funnel optimization

- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, paid marketing campaigns.

- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC

- Understand User Experience and able to innovate & improvise on Frontend aspects

Qualifications and Skill:

- MBA/ PG with 3+ years of marketing experience with leading Brands/Ecommerce platforms

- Expertise in google and Meta Ads
