Performance Marketing Manager - from Beauty, Personal care or Wellness Industry (Hyderabad)
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will strengthen the company's social media presence across various platforms, increase engagement with consumers through other media like Google, Facebook/ Instagram/ YouTube Marketing and email campaigns.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage PPC performance on Google AdWords, and Yahoo, Bing and other search sites if required.
- Playing a key role in the planning and management of SEM, Email Marketing, and so forth.
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Developing and managing digital prospecting, dynamic retargeting and remarketing campaigns to drive new subscriptions and revenue.
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC & ROAS.
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Experience in running Paid performance campaigns for subscription business to acquire new subscribers and engage with existing ones.
- Running Social Media Campaigns across all platforms (Google, FB, Insta etc)
- Reaching out to consumers by building scalable multi-touch programs and campaigns that span not only online but also offline channels.
- Sourcing customers through social media campaigns, strategic partnerships, and Google Adwords campaigns.
- Being responsible for Lead Management and nurturing through various interventions and Channels.
- Conducting research and analyses to deliver reports to the senior management on the performance of marketing campaigns and programs.
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Desirable candidate :
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field. Google Ads Advanced certification required.
- 5+ years working experience in a key marketing position, preferably as a SEO/SEM Manager is a plus.
- Demonstrate proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, PPC as well as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Display Advertising.
- Should be capable of determining key metrics, constantly reduce operational costs, and measure the success of performance strategies.
- Use consumer insights to come up with and develop creative marketing acquisition tactics that can be applied throughout the department.
- Hands on experience reading, analyzing and derive actionable by studying Google Analytics.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Competent at the MS Office
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
