Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
Looking for a person to lead Digital Performance Marketing - planning, execution, customer acquisition, spends, and digital assets (website, mobile app, etc). An ability to manage the end-to-end business operations with a high degree of independence & self-starter attitude is key.
As a member of the Digital Performance Marketing Manager person will be primarily responsible strategizing, managing, and executing the projects in line with the overall business objectives, priorities, and messaging. A specialist in ROI driven campaigns with strong analytical abilities, attribution models who can plan for launches, sustenance in line with the overall brand approach.
Key Responsibilities
1). Strategy Development:
- Devise and implement comprehensive performance marketing and growth strategies, including SEO and SEM, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive growth initiatives through innovative and data-driven marketing techniques.
2). Campaign Management:
- Carry out end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, SEM, paid social, and display advertising.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve key performance metrics.
3). SEO and SEM Implementation:
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis for SEO and SEM campaigns.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
4). Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing and SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
5). Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor and control advertising spends for SEO and SEM campaigns.
6). Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments such as product, sales, and creative to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing, SEO, and SEM strategies across all touchpoints.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.
7). Experimentation and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Implement innovative approaches and explore new channels for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in performance marketing, SEO, and SEM, with a focus on driving business growth with an agency.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with budget management and achieving measurable ROI. leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, and SEM technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
