Performance Marketing Manager - B2B (Fintech)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B lead generation.
- Proven track record of executing effective inbound campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience working in Asia, MEA, and LATAM markets is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as
HubSpot, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Email campaigns, etc.
Roles and Resposibilities:- Plan and execute effective inbound campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product, to ensure that performance marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
