Manager - Performance Marketing - Advertising Firm (6-12 yrs)

Urgent opening with one of our clients which is a leading global advertising agency for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

- The Performance Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels. They focus on campaign-specific results and drives the marketing department's commercial performance.

Responsibilities :

- Primary responsibility will be to bring elements of customer experience to life by blending the marketing creative with focused campaigns and triggers to connect and interact.

- Liaison with the Brand Marketing teams to create uniform consumer communications across all channels (onsite, social, mobile, stores) and to ensure both strong commercial and consistent brand messages.

- Work with Merchandising teams on an annual campaign calendars, detailing the timelines of seasonal promotions, along with other Qualifications.

- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics

- The role of a Performance Marketing Lead role involves quite a few analytical functions, such as estimation and allocation of budgets, targeting and segmentation, evaluation of the performance of each channel, and forecasting the performance of campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving is a must for this role. The performance marketing manager needs to adopt a methodical approach while analyzing statistics and should be able to glean insights to make campaign recommendations.

- An analytical mindset will also help collect and examine consumer insights to help develop creative marketing acquisition tactics. The ability to understand and monitor web analytics dashboards and reporting tools is expected as these tools will help him maintain and monitor reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and channel metrics.

- Lead the execution of paid marketing from start to end, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with the advertising agency, business team & creative support team.

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
