Responsibility : Designing, Implementing & Sustaining a suitable PMS system for the company as per business goals & objectives.
Eligibility : Candidates with full time MBA/ PGDM in HR from premier institute with 3-6 years of experience in handling at least 2 PMS cycles of any manufacturing or engineering company.
Candidates should have working exposure of SAP platform.
Key Activities :
- Coordinate with different department and division heads to understand various profiles and performance measures
- Design simple and effective PMS system and make necessary modifications according to the problems faced during the implementation process.
- Understand the JDs and associated KRA & KPIs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Design effective MIS and communication for the top management
- Timely discussion with the HODs in order to close the cycle as per plan.
- Strong Follow up with various stakeholders to close the PMS cycle as per plan.
- Maintaining the performance records and growth plans of the employees.
