- The Performance Management Vertical is responsible for ensuring Goal Setting and Annual Review and Increment process for all employees
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Create and Design the Performance Management Framework
- Create Goal Setting, Mid-Year and Annual Appraisal framework.
- Design the Promotion Process
- Configure HR Kwik as per the framework
Implement PMS :
- Develop and implement Performance Management System for different levels.
- Continuously assess the quality of the system & its implementation and take corrective measures wherever required.
- Ensure timely feedback to employees at all levels.
- Ensure completion of process from Goal Setting to Assessment & Moderation to Increments as per agreed timelines for all levels.
- Identify poorly performing employees and decide on improvement plan or exit.
Quality of PMS Process :
- Ensure that the Goals set by employees follow the SMART criteria. Train employees in setting Quality Goals that follow the SMART Principle. Audit the Goal Sheets and give feedback to stakeholders
- Train People Managers to give specific and quality feedback to their team members.
- Cascade the PMS Process to all New Joinees. Ensure that their R&R and Goal Sheets are uploaded within 60 days from the date of joining
- Conduct the PMS Pulse Survey and take corrective action basis the Survey Results
Candidate Profile :
- Incumbent should have an MBA / PGDBA Degree in Human Resources from a premier B School with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Incumbent should have prior Performance Management System Experience. Hands on experience / certifications in Organization Restructuring, Creating Job Descriptions & Roles and Responsibilities will be an advantage.
- Incumbent should have Microsoft Excel proficiency and excellent in Influencing, Analytical & Execution skills.
