The Role:
Performance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.
- Provide project design, implementation and support for the performance process related to objective setting, outcome assessments, comparative rating and leadership promotions. Interface with key contacts to align performance management processes to business requirements. Offer expertise in global entities, markets, strategic business objectives, and performance management strategies.
- Oversee project design, implementation and/or support for the performance process related to objective setting, assess outcomes, comparative rating and leadership promotions. Interface with key contacts to align the performance mgt processes to business requirements. Determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address them. Offer expertise in global entities, markets, strategic business objectives, and performance management strategies.
- Collaborate with members of the organization to design different aspects of performance management processes and policies. Assess the implication of changes to organizational structure and business objectives on performance management systems and processes. Create or contribute to the global implementation of employee and leadership performance management processes. Support system or tool enhancements to translate business requirements into system designs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience required.
