- Strong understanding of Performance Management concepts and their applicability to organizational performance.
- Ability to effectively handle people from different functions of the organization
- Ability to diagnose organizational problems based upon effective relationships with function heads and HRBPs
- Strong facilitation, coaching and influencing skills.
- Effective management of team, managing stakeholders and leadership
- Strong conflict resolution skills, and ability to execute under tight deadlines
- Responsible for the effective design and implementation of Performance Management interventions such as executing annual PMS (Performance management system) and development plans, Critical talent management, career and succession planning, competency management.
