RESPONSIBILITIES : - Working on revamping the portal that tracks the fund performance in investment solution team - Delivering performance attribution reports for UK pension funds - Analyzing pension plans (defined benefit and defined contribution) on the basis of asset allocation, positioning, performance attribution, risk-return analysis etc. - Preparing performance analysis and provide investment recommendations of various active and passive investment options on quarterly basis - Writing the performance attribution of various investment strategies taking into consideration the security selection effect and allocation effect - Drafting manager commentaries on a quarterly basis using micro-attribution analysis. - Promoting automation within reporting infrastructure using VBA and SQL while streamlining reporting processes and database development REQUIREMENTS : - B Tech. /MCA/ MSc.
