Job Responsibilities :-
- Implement HR strategy effectively across departments to support the organization strategy and provide inputs for creation of HR strategy
- Establish HR policies, processes, and initiatives and ensure effective communication to build awareness on the same
- Monitor and effectively utilize existing HR systems and processes for talent, performance, recognition, and rewards (salary and incentives) uniformly across the organization
- Resolve complex employee issues and cases to safeguard organization's brand image and timely escalate issues to the senior management, whenever required
- Drive the timely closure of People Operations activities - Offers, Payroll Management, F&F settlement
- Manage and ensure the Statutory compliances & ISO standards are followed across organization in all the policies and processes
- Identify new ways for retention and reduce overall attrition %
- Identify and Implement optimum cost methods to control the cost of Employee Engagement Activities
