This position will be the organizing force in unlocking the power of data to leverage insights and recommendations to better attract, develop, and deploy talent while improving the employee experience. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of HR's analytics, HRMS and workforce planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a highly skilled team capable of developing talent analytics and insights, workforce plans and data collection initiatives to inform people related decisions.
- Translate and connect enterprise business strategy with talent strategy.
- Oversee key analytics projects and initiatives (e.g. employee engagement, capacity & workforce planning), to include research and performing advanced statistical analysis on people data to address questions on critical talent related issues.
- Act as an internal consultant for HR leadership and key organization stakeholders and apply analytical data expertise to develop and articulate strategic recommendations
- Champion efforts to advance automation, provide seamless direct access to data, and build sustainable, scalable solutions to on-going data reporting, analysis, and insights.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on the implementation of capacity and workforce plans to identify and address talent gaps against key business strategies.
- Leverage benchmarking and best practices to design and continuously improve actionable, proactive metrics that drive forecasting and predictive capabilities to facilitate strategic insights.
- Communicate statistical analyses and results, along with implications, to various audiences to inform and drive the organization to action.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field
- MBA or PhD/MA/MS in a quantitative social science field preferred. Background in Industrial /Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Market Research, or similar field.
- Customer-centric mindset with a seasoned ability to confidently communicate analytics and analytical insights to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to synthesize data and information into recommendations, and influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management skillset and the ability to prioritize the highest impact and value-added work.
