- Responsible for the administration labor relations and statutory compliance
- HR policies and processes management
- Resolve all employee queries with reference to salaries, leaves, overtime, reimbursement, PF & ESIC, etc.
- Keep track of union negotiations and employment laws and ensure payroll alignment
- Manage Employee relations without IR problems & loss of production.
- Ensure harmonious workmen-management relations
- Identify Plant employee relations needs & work with Unit Head & Unit HR to plan, develop, and implement solutions
