We are hiring a Payroll Manager for one of our premium clients which is a global services company offering business and knowledge processing services to organizations seeking higher operational effectiveness, greater flexibility and lower operating costs. Location: Thane
Experience: Minimum 8 years
Salary: Upto 20 LPA
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the team that delivers the day-to-day payroll processing for all types of payroll clients.
Spearhead all payroll conversions on multiple payroll/HRIS platforms.
Resolve any issues/escalations related to payroll processing for any clients.
Escalate any issues up to the appropriate HR - Client Services management team member as needed.
Understand the payroll billing process for each type of payroll client and assist in the resolution of any billing issues as needed.
Oversee and ensure the structured transitioning-on of new payroll clients.
Manage third-party payroll vendor relationships.
Maintain allotted budget for the Payroll department.
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction for all payroll clients under the direction of the CHRO, and in coordination with the Human Resource Team
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
7-10 years of Payroll experience with 5 years of Management experience
Experience with multiple clients and multiple states preferred
A thorough knowledge of current payroll regulations, tax policies, and procedures is required
Strong HRIS Systems skills and the ability to operate various platforms.
Experience with non-for-profit organisations a plus
Must have Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or the wiliness to obtain this certification after hire
Only the candidates who have an experience into Global Payroll will be preferred.
