Manager - Payroll & Rewards - US KPO
- Provide intelligent information and insights to the leaders through monthly dashboards, presentations, reports and need based analysis.
- Keep the Global workday database up to date. Interact with key HR stakeholders and partners globally to ensure the upkeep of database
- Provide necessary inputs and training to senior leaders for executing various important tasks related to workday
- Position and Headcount management vs budget
- Constantly keep reviewing the pay position vis-a-vis market for various unique roles.
- Market pricing of the unique roles at regular and defined intervals.
- Execute YE performance management for the 3000+ colleagues.
- Work on strategic projects sponsored by global rewards team.
- Administration of payroll & statutory compliances
- liaison with payroll vendor, finance & regulatory authorities for various monthly/quarterly and annual returns or other statutory/regulatory matters
- Administration and query resolution for PF, Professional Tax, LWF, Minimum wages and other statutory provisions.
- Maintaining time management and attendance records of all employees.
- Processing of statutory payment likes - PF, ESI, LWF, PT
- End to end management of Quarterly / Bi-annual and Annual audits like statutory audit, internal audit, SSAE, SOC I, ICoFR, Compliance audits etc.
