- Candidate should have experience in managing domestic &amp; overseas payoll. - Candidate should be associated with Corporates &amp; not with shared services / BPO / KPO Job Description: Payroll, Leave &amp; Time Management: - Coordinating with Payroll provider for processing of payroll for different regions. (India, Dubai, Mauritius, and Singapore). - Connecting with Stakeholders of various regions for data collection, assimilation and ensuring the accuracy of the data in SAP and the internal portal SPADE. - Maintaining attendance and leave record (leave card). Ensuring that the correct information flows from the system to the payroll vendor for processing of payroll. - Preparing salary Input register for salary processing. - Reconciliation of Salary output registers with the pay out to be done. - Identifying of variance month on month. - Ensuring bank documentation and salary credit to employees within the SLA fixed. - Preparing salary summary for accounting purpose. - Comparison of pay out with the manpower budget, checking and submission of report on variance. - Processing Full and Final settlement of the resigned employees. - Assisting with year end closure activities. Audit: - Internal Audit - Handling quarterly internal audit on payroll and statutory compliances. - External / Statutory Audit - Handling annual audit as per the requirement. Operations: - Insurance renewal - Maintaining of employee data base in terms of addition and deletion. Annual renewal of the policies and coordinating with vendor and employee for claims and settlement. - Do market research in terms of best and economical quote for insurance and liase with the vendor for best possible services. - MIS - working on various MIS reports as per the requirement. Frequency will be - monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually. - Variance report on pay out and manpower budget. - Preparation of manpower budget for the Organization. - Coordination with different Country Heads, Finance Controllers to gather information on the cost and other related inputs. - Reconciliation and up dation of data in SF and SPADE. - Vendor management - Coordinating with all vendors viz Payroll Vendor, Compliance Vendor, Insurance Vendor. - Preparing annual holiday list for different locations. - Good communication and stake holder management. Process Management: - Knowledge of HRMS and related processes (preferably SAP Successfactor) - Management of employee life cycle related transactions Skills needed: - Experience in multi country payroll handling experience. - Expertise on working with MS Office (specially Excel and Power point) - Work knowledge with SAP- SF.
