We are hiring a Payroll Operations Manager for our client #BlueTree to manage their clients

Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join our BlueTree team. As a crucial member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the payroll operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll process for our clients in all aspects of payroll operations, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

- Experience in Dealing with multiple clients and handling client's escalations.

- Collaborate with clients to gather payroll data, verify its accuracy, and reconcile any discrepancies.

- Develop, collect requirement and implement efficient payroll processes for clients and enhance performance and productivity.

- Analyze payroll data to detect trends, patterns, and discrepancies, ensuring precise reporting and payments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll-related issues and provide guidance.

- Stay abreast of changes in payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments.

- Train and mentor payroll professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Oversee the seamless integration of new clients into our payroll system.

- Manage multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and balancing team workload.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG Degree

- 5+ years of proven experience in payroll operations

- Outstanding leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams.

- Thorough knowledge of Indian payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
