Manager Payroll
- We are looking to augment our team with a dynamic person who will be responsible to handle payroll, statutory compliance, full and final settlement & benefits administration. This role will also play an important role in assisting with month end processing, year-end audits and all ongoing aspects of Payroll accounting and the related statutory compliance reporting.
- Responsible for managing HR operations and Payroll for India based employees
- Ensuring completion of new Joinees onboarding and induction on day 1
- Manitaining and creating of employee personal files, updating of employee information in HRMS
- SOP creating and Process document formulation
- Managing and reviewing end to end payroll, Payroll processing, Compensation & benefits, taxation, benefits deduction
- Responsible for coordinating between the HR, payroll vendor and insurance vendors
- Responsible for payroll audit and resolving of payroll queries from auditors and employees
- Adherence to statutory compliances like PF, ESI, and Gratuity
- Managing leave and attendance record of employees
- Preparation of various MIS related to payroll and other HR policies
- Responsible for end to end Full and Final process
- Support with CAD/US Payroll tax as needed
- Employee specification ; Completion of a Bachelor's/PG degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
- 6-8 years payroll experience in managing payroll and HR Operations for India payroll
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and accuracy skills; synthesize complex information; collect and research data; design work flows and procedures
- Proactively drive process and quality improvement
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Speak clearly and persuasively; listen and seek clarification
- Write clearly and informatively; present numerical data effectively
- Delegate work appropriately; set expectations and monitor delegated activities
- Understand business implications of decisions
- Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently
- Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
- Experience with Workday and Service Now an asset
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel skills
