- Incumbent should have hands on experience of payroll and compliance in a renowned organisation.

- Minimum 4 years of experience

Key responsibilities are:

- Monthly payroll cycle management

- Attendance and leave supervision

- Increment and appraisal cycle

- HR MIS and dashboard

- Employee queries and help desk

- All statutory compliances related to HR
