Job Profile in Brief
- End to End Payroll process (ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance to internal control and statutory legislation. Provides subject matter expertise on local payroll policy. Handles escalated payroll related queries. Works within defined processes and procedures and completes a variety of atypical assignments, while also providing support (eg. Mentorship, process improvements).)
- Knowledge of Personal Taxation
- Knowledge of Payroll Journal Vouchers
- Fringe Benefit claim process / procedures
- TDS & statutory return filings
- Supports delivery of payroll reports within scope
- Responds to external/internal requests for information
- File employee-related documentation; maintain employee files and records
- Manage and record document flow
