Job Description

- 12+ years of experience with minimum 5 years of BPO Experience including team handling in BPO.

- Experience in Payroll accounting is desirable.

- Experience in Accounts and finance

- Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Commerce or Chartered Accountant (C.A) or ICWA

- Experience in managing Payroll for at least 3000 employees

- Experience in handling large teams (minimum of 30 members) at least for 2-3 years.

- Deep understanding of accounting concepts and principles, working knowledge and experience on ERP systems. SAP experience would be desirable.

- Providing leadership to the operations teams, working on Payroll Processing
