Manager - Payments - NEFT RTGS

What to expect from this role

- Opportunity to drive development, operations and compliance charters for NEFT/RTGS systems

- Contribute to software development lifecycle collaborating with product & engineering teams

- Work extensively with external stakeholders to create deployment plans and drive implementation

- Lead interactions with regulatory bodies and represent on key compliance charters

- Ensure applications/software environments are fully maintained with appropriately supported updates, patches and/or service packs in line with system maintenance policies

- Create business continuity plans &; DR strategies and execute them working with tech &; compliance teams

- Manage end-to-end transaction processing operations. Enable internal systems to have automated workflows. Identify edge-cases & commonly occurring issues and proactively solve for them

Ideal candidate for this role should have:

- Have 5-7 years of overall experience

- Prior experience working with SFMS systems and applications for NEFT/RTGS

- In-depth technical knowledge of API microservices, various communication protocols and middleware technologies

- Strong analytical acumen, operational effectiveness and problem solving skills

- Be able to communicate impressively and drive consensus working with internal & external stakeholders

- Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing technical requirements with business goals

- Be curious & passionate about payment systems. Drive research on market landscape, competitor analysis and contribute to strategy projects.
