- Looking for a PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager to run PPC campaigns, monitor paid search budgets, and deliver good quality weekly/monthly leads in line with company's conversion and revenue goals. - The candidate must be thoroughly hands on in effective Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and must have demonstrated clear ROI based results in his/her previous roles. The candidate must be highly analytical and results oriented with strong understanding of target audience, consumer personas, and competitive landscape. - The candidate's goal will be to endure that the company's monthly ad budgets are optimised and there is a steady month on month growth in ROAS and ROI. Responsibilities : - Create effective paid search strategies - Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns on multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) - Strong keyword research and audience targeting - Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI - Track KPIs to assess performance and proactively fill the gaps - Write engaging and optimised ad copies - Liaise with graphic/video artist to create ad collaterals as required - Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors - Optimise website landing pages to optimise overall ad performance - Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards) - Work effectively with senior management, other marketing areas and sales Requirements and skills - Proven core experience of 4-5 years as a PPC expert - Digital Marketing/Google Ads/Google Analytics certification is a plus - Experience in data analysis and reporting - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts - Strong understanding and working knowledge of Google Analytics - Strong understanding of HTML, XML, WordPress is a plus - Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) - Excellent communication skills - Strong ownership of the entire paid marketing funnel - Agile and committed to work in a start-up culture
