Job Role : Manager, Partnerships (Misc)

We have an immediate opportunity in our Partnerships team for a Manager, Partnerships role in across various practices. This individual will be responsible for building the right partnerships, developing and nurturing partner relations, promoting co-marketing, and committing to revenues generated through partner engagement.
In this business-impacting role, you will:
- Work closely with partners to identify the best solutions and to maximize the success of our solution offerings
- Work with the respective GMs and offering managers to assess the partnership, the give-get equation and shared business goals with the partners
- Cultivate and nurture the partner relationship to include all appropriate points of contact in sales and marketing; be the primary conduit/resource for each entity
- Map key accounts with partner enabling our sales execs to leverage partnerships and expand footprint
- Work with marketing organization to drive a partner co-marketing agenda for lead generation and strengthening partner relationship
- Drive the co-marketing and partner executive to connect calendars for key partners
- Carry a partner-led revenue number
- Ensure partner status needs such as certifications and sourced deal revenues are on track
- Ensure the partner pages are up to date on the Persistent site
- Ensure Persistent gets the visibility it deserves on partner's website
- Drive the partner newsletter and relationship overviews
- Be the overall owner of the partner relationship and business enablement
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Have a sales mindset with a win-win outlook
- Willingness and chops to carry a partner-led revenue number
- Past relationships with companies such as Appian, outsystems, AWS and Microsoft would be considered a plus
- Willingness to travel across India as needed.
- Must be flexible, creative, approachable and able to change course
- Must have an ability to juggle multiple activities at once, including pivot between tactical and strategic conversations and activities.
- Must be a clear, concise and excellent communicator - both oral and written
