Job Overview:
Role:A partnership manager helps business partners establish a working relationship by compromising and meeting goals. Your job is to ensure that each member of the partnership team is meeting their daily, weekly and quarterly goals.
Requirements:- Ensuring that the teams are achieving number on Daily, monthly and weekly goals.
- Tracking the team performance and taking team feedbacks from clients.
- Handling key accounts.
- Exp in E-Com, healthcare or any similar kind of industry.
- Exp in partner retention, partner growth and onboarding new partners.
Responsibilities:- Your Key Accountability in the system will be to drive Partner Retention and Growth.
- Lead Generation Activity from various sources (Online and Offline).
- Pre-sales activities to make daily sales funnel potential for assigned weekly/monthly targets.
- Managing individual and team Sales numbers.
- Daily new business/demand closures in order to be able to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordination with Cross functions such as Accounts, Operations, etc.
- Social Media Strategies for prospects to enable Partner Business Potential.
- CRM Application Management, Report Management, and Campaign Management using marketing automation tools.
- Attend Events online and offline for networking, funnel creation, etc.
