Job Description : Marketing Alliances and Partnerships

Key Objective of the job : To manage alliances/partnerships for Melorra and build this a revenue channel.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify new partners to drive new customer growth and brand visibility.

- Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships that are in line with business objective.

- Develop deep and long-standing relationship, ensuring high mind share from partners in Jewellery category.

- Leverage data and market research to continuously explore new partnership opportunities.

- Create and implement marketing plan for alliances and partnerships.

- Be responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets.

- Continuously measure the impact of each campaign, optimize for best ROI and monitor key performance metrics.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, product & legal) to operationalize and execute strategic initiatives.

Key Skills :

- 5-7 years of work experience in strategizing and managing alliances/partnerships.

- Strong negotiation, networking and presentation skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good analytical and data driven decision making skills.

- Strong attention to detail in the execution of partnership initiatives.

- Prior experience in alliances/partnership role is must (Preferably in e-commerce/retail/travel).
