- Identifying wealth management companies, financial advisors in the region build the SPANCO list Acquiring Independent Financial advisors (IFAs), Mutual fund distributors (MFDs) in the assigned territory for Arthmate direct partnership

- Managing relationship with the signed-up IFA's

- Growing business, doing upsell and cross sell

- Ensuring the achievement of set monthly, quarterly and annual business targets

- Competition analysis & product positioning

- Generating feedback from the partners and sharing with the business, product and tech team Growing knowledge & understanding of B2B business in financial services domain

- Imparting training to IFAs on Dashboard, Internal processes, Product & selling

- Preparing the sales plan for region

- Planning awareness drive on Arthmate Direct

- Identifying marketing opportunities and implementing marketing ideas

- Client presentation

- Maintaining MIS & Business reports
