Role:
Looking to add a superstar to its Business Development and Key Accounts team. As part of the BD & KA Team, you will be responsible for growing business and disbursals across merchant partners and converting high potential partners to strategic partners along with prospecting for new BNPL partners
Responsibilities:
- Key account management - grow the BNPL business/disbursals in existing accounts through creative means - Convert high potential accounts into strategic partners in the BNPL segment
- Bring in new clients/merchant partners for BNPL business
- Create and prioritize target account and contact lists
- Manage the whole sales pipeline from prospecting to on boarding
- Partner with marketing and demand generation team to build the pipeline
- Achieve monthly loan disbursal targets
An ideal candidate would have:
- 3+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience - experience in acquiring merchants in fintech/payments/loyalty programs preferred
- Proven ability to work in a time-sensitive and target driven environment
- Good Rolodex of B2B decision-makers, especially across D2C, Travel, Ecommerce, Edtech and other verticals suited for BNPL business
- Excellent communication skills. You're a clear and compelling storyteller across written, verbal and visual mediums
- Exposure to using CRM for pipeline management
