We are looking to hire Partner/Alliance Manager having 7-8 years of Industry experience.
Key expectations from Partner Manager at a B2B SaaS Company includes:
- Manage existing relationships with technology and agency partners to source new business opportunities and grow a high-quality revenue pipeline
- Identifying the key stakeholders and hierarchy of each partner / affiliate organization.
- Working with key stakeholders within our partner / affiliate organization to educate the market on the joint value proposition.
- Driving collaboration between sales leadership across Company & Partners.
- Work closely with marketing & product to drive awareness of Company's portfolio across our Partners.
- Report accurately and timely to management according to assigned reporting templates/ tools on monthly performance and business forecasts.
- Attend industry events and evangelize Company's value proposition
- Maintain proactive knowledge of the industry, assessing competitive landscape, and track trends to assure strong competitive position
- Internal strategic partner advocate with other departments, senior management, peers and global subsidiaries.
- Cadence and governance of sales activity between the two organization
Qualification for Partner Manager :
1. As a Partner manager you need to be equipped with a hybrid of sales, software, account management, training and consulting skills to enable our partners
2. Strong empathy for partners & passion for creating a win-win situation for both
3. Analytical and process-oriented mindset
4. Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement . Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must have :
- Graduation: BE Comp Sci/B-Tech IT/BCA/MCA/Any computer background
- MBA in IT/Marketing/HR preferred
- Any candidate with SaaS/IT company experience will get the preference
- Excellent English communication and good listening skills
- Coachable, research oriented Sales acumen and strategic approach, go getter attitude and helping approach
- Good team collaboration & interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working in the US/Europe Geo
- Should have hands on Excel, PowerPoint and CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot
