Packaging Manager

- Identifying of packaging trends in FMCG space in MENA region

- Should be able to create new packaging ideas/ opportunity which will be unique, different and proprietary.

- Generate projects /products briefs in conjunction with the global office and local marketing team.

- Manage the New Product Development process for development of new packaging based on technical brief.

- Interface effectively with product development, marketing, manufacturing and commercial teams for efficient progression of projects.

- Liaise with global packaging team to transfer the global packaging projects and implement in MENA markets.

- Identify, build network and manage effective network of regional vendors and suppliers.

- Create and substantiate the claims which will be in line with regulatory framework of the country or region.

- Manage interfaces with other function for efficient and quicker implementation of product mixes.

- Manage flawless technology transfer with operations resources.

- Track technology and competitor trends in category and be able to create strategic scenarios for new technologies.

- Work in seamless fashion with global resources for rollout of global technologies.

- Build the capability in the regional packaging team

- Build the development capabilities in the reporting team

Education & Experience :

- B.Sc Engineering - Chemical Specialization

- 6-10 years experience in packaging and innovation field within mnc fmcg organizations preferably within MEA region
