Manager - Packaging Development - FMCG

- To handle complete packaging entailing Vendor Development & New Packaging Development

- Should Understand the requirements of packaging and suggesting marketing, the most cost effective and innovative packaging keeping in mind the current and future trends.

- To Analyze and develop packaging samples and structure after defining packaging specification ensuring defined needs for ergonomics, aesthetics, consumer acceptance, manufacturing capability and quality

- Should be responsible for handling customer oriented queries and complaints from QA

- To Provide innovative solutions to product protection and delivery

- To Provide innovative solutions for product cost savings

- Must develop better understanding of consumer needs and work with the Markets to translate them into winning packaging executions
